Professional Development Workshop - September 2022
On Thursday 29 September, Kelli Dragos and Taylor Horne ran our annual Professional Development Workshop that delved into the topic of ‘Difficult conversations in the workplace - How to avoid HR legal issues.’
Bringing years of experience on the subject from an HR and legal perspective, these experienced ladies imparted their wisdom about avoiding conflicts in the workplace by addressing issues early and documenting.
