The Hastings Business Women's Network (HBWN) is a not-for-profit organisation operated entirely on voluntary basis. Any surplus revenue is invested back into the local community.
Although fundraising is not our core function, as a network we have raised funds for the local community through percentage of ticket sales at dedicated community events, raffles and auctions with prizes kindly donated by our sponsors and supporters, and direct donations. The HBWN has a proud 20 year history as an integral part of the broader Hastings business community and works closely with a number of other networks in the region.
Each year HBWN celebrates the achievements of our local business women through our sponsorship of the Woman In Business Award at the Port Chamber Greater Port Macquarie Business Awards.
The Port Macquarie Chamber of Commerce works to develop and grow local business by creating opportunities that will benefit the business and professional community throughout the Greater Port Macquarie region.
