2022 AGM
On 31 March we hosted our Annual General Meeting at The Westport Club and celebrated the achievements of the network over the last 12 months.
After another year of challenges for our region, we acknowledged the fabulous work of our committee and members to stay connected, contribute to our community, and celebrate women in business.
We celebrated our incoming committee members for 2022 and said a huge thank you to a number of long term outgoing committee members.
On behalf of the network we would like to sincerely thank Kayley Riddle, Nicole Liddle, Jill Bell, and Deborah Saunders for their contribution during their tenure. We are incredibly grateful for the time and energy these ladies have given to the network, which has been well and truly over and above their initial committee commitments.
We're pleased to introduce you to our committee for 2022:
- President, Kelly King
- Vice President, Jenny Edmunds
- Treasurer, Sharon Ekendahl
- Secretary, Charmain Woods
- Events Coordinator, Laura Fava
- Membership Coordinator, Vanessa Lawrence
- Communications Coordinator, Sophie Knight
- Sponsorship Coordinator, Gerry Buckland
Welcoming our newest committee members Sharon Ekendahl, Charmain Woods, Laura Fava and Sophie Knight.
We were also thrilled to induct Lyn Richardson as a Tall Poppy Life Member. Lyn is a female pioneer of an industry traditionally dominated by men, and continues to lead the way in her field with an enviable dose of enthusiasm and dedication for delivering the best outcomes for her clients. A strong advocate for building a better and community and supporting small business, Lyn is a valued member of the Hastings region and a worthy recipient of the Tall Poppy life membership.
