HBWN's HBWN Table Talk - Understanding and Improving your Customer Experience was held on Thursday 25 May at The Westport Club. The event was generously sponsored by Newman Communications.
Our Table Talks addressed the impact recruitment, culture and training has on the customer experience, as well as building brand consistency, customer relationships and loyalty. This event was part of a series of professional development sessions being delivered by HBWN this year in response to member feedback that one of their greatest business challenges is ensuring a consistent, valued customer experience.
